SIOUX FALLS.   As its name implies, this Westside restaurant gains a strong portion of its popularity from its full menu, although its fashionable dining room doesn't hurt the cause either. As you enjoy the upscale, unpretentious ambience, feast on an entree of perfectly prepared fish or a hearty steak. For a change of pace, try a sumptuous pasta or a wood-fired pizza. The Scallops and duck ravioli we had were both dry and overcooked. Service and ambiance were nice but prices were very high considering lack of quality.

For fine dining, special occassions, Foley's is one of the top restaraunts in the Sioux Falls area. One of my personal "top fives" (with Minerva's, 601 Arota, Katherine's 334 Cafe and CJ Calloway's).

A steakhouse that would shine in much bigger cities than Sioux Falls...great steaks, the best mashed potatoes I have had in a long time, and a great man's club atmosphere... If you like Ruths Chris or Mortons, to use two examples, you will love this place- a real find...
