PORT ISABEL.   This charter service, based out of Port Isabel, is a popular choice for deep-sea fishing trips, bay fishing trips, marine ecology tours, and twilight dolphin watches. The company's main fishing vessel, "Texas Hospitality," is 95-feet long and can take parties out for both full- and half-day fishing excursions. It offers prime opportunities to catch red snapper, grouper, vermillion snapper, amberjack, and dorado. Trips to the bay often yield flounder, whiting, kingfish, and even shark.
