Flatlander
My wife and I have been going to Port Isabel and or the Island for about 12 years and Manuel's remains our favorite restaurant for breakfast or lunch. The big tacos are super and you can get them with any combination of ingrediants or plain. They are made on-site by a little ole Mexican lady in the back room. The entire staff are very friendly as is the owner, a super guy. Duane & Elsie Halpain -- Hutchinson, KS
