18. Melbourne and Beaches Music Marathon

The Buzz -- Whether you're an experienced runner or just a treadmill jogger, this is a great Melbourne racing event. The marathon features several different races for various ages and fitness levels. The 10K and 5K runs are on Saturday, while the marathon and half-marathon take place on Sunday. For viewing pleasure and entertainment, cheerleading squads and many different music acts line the street for every race.
