COCOA.   Owned by musician Peter Wells (he's also the head chef), this laid back spot may not burn the midnight oil like other live music venues, but that doesn't mean they don't know how to put on a show here. From acoustic to jazz guitar, piano to open mic – you can bet the house that Pete's booked something good. As for the fare ... well, it's a little of this and a little of that.
