SATELLITE BEACH.   After stopping by the Cove for a bite of seafood or prime rib, be sure to check out what's happening on the covered tiki deck, where the nightly slate includes everything from live music to DJs to trivia to karaoke. There are great drink specials, too – including on their legendary Bloody Marys – and it's not uncommon for the revelery to go way into the night, especially on Fridays and Saturdays.
