MELBOURNE.   Billed as creative and casual, this cool downtowner certainly does its best to surprise the palate. Indeed, pasta dishes like the Natty Dreads (spaghetti with spicy sausage and tomato sauce) or Trenchtown Tortellini (with grapes, bananas and alfredo sauce) are hard to beat. If pasta doesn't suit, go for a grilled specialty like Adobo Flank Steak with tangy chimichurri sauce or jerk chicken with black bean-mango pico de gallo (both of which include sweet plantains, fire-roasted vegetables and a house salad).
