6. Downtown Titusville

TITUSVILLE.   Kennedy Space Center sits across from the comfortable waterside community of Titusville, which is home to attractions like the U. S. Space Walk of Fame as well as key economic players like McDonnell-Douglas, Boeing and Bendix. Though Titusville has strong ties to the space industry, its downtown proudly retains a sense of old-fashioned sensibility. Indeed, those visiting Titusville are no doubt charmed by its quaint little boutiques and eateries.
