5. Manito Park

In one of the residential areas south of downtown Spokane, you'll find Manito Park, which was designed by the same duo of brothers responsible for Central Park in New York. This 90-acre park offers a little of everything – green areas for nature lovers, tennis courts, play areas for children, and a duck pond. The park also contains several gardens, including the Japanese Garden, Lilac Garden, Rose Garden and Duncan Garden.   (© 10Best)
