The Buzz -- Spokane's Lilac Festival is held every year for select days in early May. The highlights of the festival are the Armed Forces Torchlight Parade and Cruisin' The Falls Car Show. Other events include several luncheons and dinners, a theater performance, and a Golf Scramble.
