2. Mootsy's

The ever-popular Mootsy's is little more than a beer bar with a pool table. The place is dark and not fancy, but folks of all ages are made to feel very welcome here. They do sometimes have live music – like when a Spokane favorite returned to play his harmonica and delighted patrons with a little blues.
