DOWNTOWN.   This wonderful restaurant enjoys a prime downtown location. The modern interior is marked by large picture windows, votive candles and high ceilings accented by space age neon-blue lighting. Fugazzi's menu changes seasonally, but you can expect to enjoy such appetizers as puréed acorn squash and sweet potato soup, followed by an entrée like rack of lamb with a raspberry-port reduction.
