DOWNTOWN.
This lovely two-room restaurant appears at first to be a little on the rustic side but, once inside, you'll find white linen tablecloths, a beautiful wine bar, and rather contemporary lighting. Niko's II is Spokane's best wine bar, and they offer some of the very best Northwestern and Californian products. They advertise lamb as their specialty, but their other homemade Greek and Mid-Eastern dishes, including chicken curry, souvlaki, and beef kebabs, are equally tasty. The homemade desserts are worth saving a little space for.

Dinner at Niko's
My wife, step-daughter, and I recently had dinner at Niko's Greek Restaurant. I highly recommend this establishment if you are looking for an elegant dining experience. The decor reminds one of an urban diner in Provence where one dresses up dinner. In our overly casual world, that is a rare and valued circumstance.
As with the decor, the food is elegant in presentation and subtle in taste. The chef tries to combine fused flavours and appearance with fresh healthy food served with a touch of Mediterrean-Greek tradition. In this pursuit - he succeeds admirably.
The staff more than complements the decor and the food. It is obvious they take pride in their cuisine and take care for the dining comfort of their customers.
For an experience of up-scale elegance in Spokane, try Niko's Greek Restaurant. As in my case, you stand to be most pleasantly suprised.

Great food and service
Went here for Valentines and they did nothing but impress. Quick service and I asked for a steak and it came out perfectly. My girlfiend also said he dish was unbelievable. We asked about Champagne and the waitress, instead of pushing the most expensive thing on the menu showed us a great cheaper version that was great. The only reason I gave it 4 stars was price. I think I spent somewhere near $150 on the meal.
