DOWNTOWN.   This cheery Italian restaurant offers a festive dining experience: black and white vinyl tablecloths, colorful booths, and black, gold and pink walls. The locals flock here for the unique pizzas like the Margherita pizza, pepperoni and garlic pizza, or the "addictive" Thai version, which includes chicken, prawns, mushrooms, Mozzarella cheese and a spicy peanut sauce. The Rock City Grill also offers such low-fat dishes as pastas, Asian chicken kabobs and salads. Their famous Whiskey Steak has been sampled by folks such as the elder George Bush and Tom Foley.
