DOWNTOWN.   Luigi's is conveniently situated in the heart of downtown Spokane. This second level restaurant offers a variety of lunch options. Those craving something on the light side try Luigi's Caesar or regular house salads. They have excellent deli sandwiches as well as a variety of pasta dishes. If you're really hungry, have a go at the lasagne made with extra wide spinach noodles layered with four cheeses, smoked Alaskan salmon, mushrooms, tomatoes and a creamy Mornay sauce.
