DOWNTOWN.   Located at the elegant Doubletree Hotel downtown, Spencer's is an excellent choice for those looking for a juicy steak or good seafood served in an upscale setting. The busy restaurant has one main dining area, and the well-dressed waitstaff is both friendly and knowledgeable. Among their most popular menu items are the Spencer Steak and the Sliced New York Steak, and all the entrées are well portioned. Great food. No, exceptional food! I've eaten at a lot of steakhouses, and this one is definitely in the top 5!
