5. Italian Kitchen

DOWNTOWN.   The cozy Italian Kitchen restaurant offers a casual atmosphere complete with old-fashioned music, warm colors, candles on the tables and polished wood accents. There are several mock balconies around the ceiling that help to create the feeling that you are dining outside. As for their menu, particularly good are the spinach ravioli, capellini pomodoro, and rigatoni with Italian sausage. best in spokane Beautiful restaurant! Amazing italian food! Exceptional service! We heard about all the awards they've won so we had to try it out...glad we did, this restaurant is the best in Spokane. We consider ourselves extreme "foodies" and we're admitedly picky but the Italian Kitchen certainly doesn't disappoint.

Food was good, not great. The price was high for what I got. Very tasty sounding menu, but still mediocre food. Would have expected homemade focaccia for the price.
