Located in two old houses in the historic district, Scarlett O'Hara's is full of warm southern hospitality and charm. In addition to the main bar, which offers a wide selection of domestic and imported beers as well as wine by the glass, Scarlett's showcases both a ghost bar on the second floor and an outdoor oyster bar.
