Seven Gables Inn

One of the developers of this Tudor revival inn was a fan of Nathaniel Hawthorne's "The House of the Seven Gables." As a result, the inn was modeled after the home in the novel. Completed in 1926, the structure originally housed apartments, offices and storefronts. Today, the renovated inn blends old world charm and modern conveniences in the manner of European luxury hotels. The decor and cuisine of the inn's three restaurants are distinctly different and range from casual to elegant. The beautifully decorated guest rooms feature private baths with imported toiletries, a writing desk, and data ports.
