2. Chris' Pancake & Dining

Chris' is a Hill staple, the Hill being the Italian section of St. Louis City known for it's neighborhood and it's restaurants, and Chris' deserves to be mentioned with all the others. The food, service, price and location are very good. You will find many things to whet your appetite. The specials are always good and pocket friendly as is their menu items. I've been eating there for at least a decade and the food and service has been top notch no matter what time, day or even is going on.
