7. Kemoll's

Hidden in an office building, Kemoll's is elegant and classy, with attentive service, even when you come in dressed for a Cardinal game. It's two blocks north of Busch Stadium, and while Busch has good food for a ballpark, Kemoll's will give you great food for not much more money if you ask for half orders of the fried artichokes, the cheese ravioli with the best marinara in a city of great Italian restaurants, and share a huge house salad. They actually charge only half price for half orders. You can spend a lot more with drinks, a very good wine selection, the fancier entrees, and desserts, but if you ask for a full order of any pasta, expect to have a full meal to take home. Don't miss their cheese bread, either.
