SOUTH CITY.   Serving hungry diners since 1974, Giuseppe's has grown to incorporate three neighboring storefronts and now commands its city block. Basic southern Italian dishes fill the menu, and the authentic recipes have been passed down through three incarnations of St. Louis restaurants.
