8. Giovanni's on the Hill

I had a reservation with my wife for anniversary set 2 weeks in advance. When we showed up were told there was a private party and to come back in 2 hours. This is a total lack of customer service and I will never return. We were spoke to rudely and with no remorse to the situation. This place will never survive with this mentality. Would never recommend.

Definitely a disappointment!

we ate at giovannis for a special celebration. my two sons ordered lobster and it was so bland and tasteless. i tasted their lobster and i thought it was awful. we had already waited longer than we had wanted to for the food. my sons told the waiter they did not like the food. instead of rebating us for our food, he told them he could bring them another entree that they would like. one of the my sons said the repeat was just as bad as the first and the entree he sugggested was awful we should have been given a refund in our plates and the waiter should not have forced another entree on my boys. the bill was outrageous. the only thing on our table that was good was the fish. all the pasta dishes were awful and very very bland. our waiter should have been more than happy to remove the charges for the over cooked lobster on my boys' plates. we had waited so long for our food and we were so tired of traveling, we did not want another entree, nor did we want to wait. we ate their july 29th. our party was 7. the only entrees that were good was the fish. i know you must have good food, but that night it was not good.

The food was amazing!
