old and tired, no way a 4 star, forget it
old rooms, no air conditioning, and you are in the tropics! Could not sleep for the heat/bugs/noise. "technology free" is excuse for not updated, no phone so hard to reach desk, or family, no room service, really uncomfortable furniture, only way to get cool was go in the ocean, Because its built on a huge hill the views are good, but you are constantly going hiking up and down, and more sweating . Its like expensive camping. Lots of cheaper resorts have same views and water. Snorkling good, right at beach. But i would not recommend this hotel unless they udate it or lower prices. Not worth the money at all...
