If you are looking to tantalsie and satisfy your palate, then the Jardin Cacao Restaurant at Fond Doux Holiday Plantation should be the palce to go.My family and I had dinner at their restaurant and food was the best that we have on the island. We are very adventurous people and we travel around the world and we love good food. From the bamboo rafted roof at the restaurant to the outdoor ambience , this restaurant is just great. After this we began frequenting this restaurant till we left the island. We will be introducung this restaurant to our friends when they come to st. Lucia.
