SOUFRIÈRE.   This is one of the most popular restaurants on St. Lucia, and with good reason – spectacular food and spectacular views of the Pitons make for a memorable meal. The excellent Sunday brunch features a barbeque buffet and live music. Try the smoked Kingfish crêpes, chilled Creole seafood soup, or the signature dish of the house, Dasheene Palm Tree salad. Those seeking heartier fare will enjoy the marinated steak or the chicken breast stuffed with breadcrumbs, sweet peppers, and onions.
