SOUFRIÈRE.   Camilla's is a Soufrière institution. The simple, hearty fare is served in a relaxed, friendly environment. Camilla herself will serve you the Caribbean fish Creole, or Lobster Thermidor, and you get a free rum punch (or fruit punch) with your order. Beef dishes and an excellent chicken curry are also available. Try to secure one of the tables on the balcony so you can watch the activity in the street below.
