9. La Haut Plantation Restaurant

SOUFRIÈRE.   At La Haut Plantation you have a choice of three balconies to sit on, and each boasts a beautiful view of the Pitons, Soufrière, and the Caribbean Sea. The plantation grows its own vegetables and herbs so your food is guaranteed fresh. Try the local spinach crêpes, or pasta. Seafood lovers will savor the fish cakes, calamari, and the fresh catch of the day that might be Kingfish, Dorado, or Snapper. The curried goat and jerk pork are other authentic choices.
