GROS ISLET.   This Italian eatery transports you to a 1930's speakeasy. Specialty cocktails include "Prohibition Punch" and the "St. Valentine's Day Massacre." Start with impeccably fresh carpaccio with olive oil, lime, and Parmesan cheese or the "Little Caesar Salad." The lasagna is the specialty of the house, but the polenta and calves liver are equally wonderful and are served with fresh, local vegetables.
