GROS ISLET.   This waterfront French café is situated on a veranda, guaranteeing you an excellent view. The food is equally sublime. For a starter, try the seafood gratin, featuring scallops, lobster, shrimp, and crab chopped and baked in a creamy cheese sauce. The pasta is homemade, and the fettuccine with shrimp, mussels and calamari is especially good.
