SOUFRIÈRE.   This is the spot to lunch if you plan to visit Diamond Waterfall. Though a popular spot with tourists, The Still has an excellent reputation for authentic Caribbean Creole cuisine. Fresh, locally grown produce is emphasized and you will see breadnuts, christophenes (a Caribbean squash) and yams on the menu.
