CASTRIES.   This family-owned spot boasts a lovely view of Vigie Bay, and excellent Caribbean dishes, freshly prepared. The menu favors seafood. Try the Creole stuffed crab as an appetizer and the sampler platter that includes a variety of seafood and fish caught that day. Each meal comes with garlic bread and several local vegetable including pumpkin, black beans, and greens. On Friday and Saturday the lunch special is the national dish of St Lucia – salt fish with green figs. Banana lovers will revel in the dessert menu – there are almost ten options ranging from fresh banana fritters to homemade banana ice cream. Casual to smart-casual attire.
