DOWNTOWN. The Cathedral of St. Paul sits on the highest point in the city and thus is a very visible feature of the skyline of St. Paul. Activities at the cathedral include tours of the magnificent structure, masses and other services, and live music performances. This is the fourth cathedral of the congregation of the Archdiocese of St. Paul and Minneapolis and has been around since construction began in 1907. The interior boasts exquisite stained glass windows and French Renaissance architecture. The St. Paul cathedral is definitely worth visiting while you’re in the Twin Cities!
