DOWNTOWN.   Especially if you fancy yourself a music lover, touring this museum is sure to be one of your favorite Saint Paul activities. Alongside an amazing assemblage of musical instruments, this Saint Paul museum possesses a collection of rare letters, some of them more than 200 years old, penned the world’s great composers – guys like Ludwig van Beethoven, W. A. Mozart, Frédéric Chopin and Peter Ilich Tchaikovsky. In addition to the letters and instruments, the Schubert Club Musical Instrument Museum’s holdings also include videos and The Spiering Papers, personal papers belonging to noted early 20th century violinist Theodore Spiering.   (© 10Best)
