This is one of my favorite places for lunch in St. Paul. The atmosphere is cozy but classy, the servers are friendly and professional, and the food is excellent. The salads and soups are terrific. The best thing about Ferns is that you never feel rushed - it is a great place to chat over a cup of tea.
