A reasonable joint, considering the location. It's refreshing to hear a greeting shouted as you enter, and the chow is fair to very good--reminiscent of izakaya food at its best. Drinks are over-priced, and everything could be a tad cheaper, but still, a very good eat for St. Paul. The servers and staff are hip and communicative.
