5. Harvey's Fourth St. Grill

ST. PETERSBURG.   Harvey's is a local hangout that makes having a good time an easy task. It doesn't stand on pretense, just on good food and easy ambience. Pub food is the order of the day, and sandwiches, salads, pastas, and burgers comprise the bulk of the menu. The grouper sandwich, a local favorite, is also one of Harvey's specialties. In the evenings, pastimes include watching sports on TV, listening to occasional live music, and dancing a bit to slough off workday tensions.
