ST. PETERSBURG.   You won't find much in the way of chi-chi decor here, but that's not what folks come for anyway. The real draw is the laid-back ambience and terrific live bands who play almost nightly. Fantastic blues and jazz music are the house specialty, with a little reggae thrown in from time to time. Score a cold beer from the bar, kick back with a hot grouper sandwich or a plate of ribs, and give yourself over to the music. If you feel moved to dance, there's a small area to do so. Otherwise, just take in the great atmosphere and celebrate the club's all-around affordable prices.   (© 10Best)

Many places think it is great to have live music 2 or 3 nights per week. The Ringside has superb live music 7 nights per week! Blues is the genre & Florida blues in particular! The food is excellent as well! Baby backribs & grouper sandwiches are just 2 of the favorites that make the menu here one of great deals in the Tampa Bay area. Laidback, mellow.....just 2 of the words used to describe this wonderful place!
