Steaks are quite good, and careful preparation renders them tasty and sizzling, usually with a welcome hint of garlic. Enjoy one with creamed spinach or garlic mashed potatoes, and toss in shrimp for added pleasure. Along with prime rib, filet mignon, and the like, you'll discover lobster tail, broiled salmon, pork chops, ribs, and rotisserie chicken.
