PETERSBURG.   An unfortunate presence in a strip mall does nothing to detract from O's accomplished cuisine, which makes alliances with no single tradition and feels free to craft unique food combinations at will. Exceptionally luscious entrees include lobster ravioli in champagne beurre blanc, tender rack of lamb, filet mignon, seafood crêpes with Pernod béchamel, and spinach fettuccini with smoked chicken and chipotle cream sauce. Desserts are also fabulous, including lavender honey-sweetened crème brûlée. Lunch features sandwiches, wraps, quiche, and hot dishes. Takeout available as well.   (© 10Best)
