ST. PETERSBURG.   This romantic, much-loved restaurant occupies a pink Victorian home, complete with bay windows and a sweeping verandah. It's just the sort of place you crave for special occasions. The cuisine is classic French, comprised of coq au vin, bouillabaisse, filet mignon Diane, lamb, rabbit casserole, and Dover sole meuniere. Service is impeccable, and tableside presentation of dishes is a welcome throwback to past days.
