ST. PETERSBURG.   Recollecting the era of British colonialism, this inviting restaurant offers a curious combination of cuisines, from Indian to English and Middle Eastern. The decor is what you would expect, an homage to the British presence in the tropics – but with a touch of pub ambience thrown in, thanks to plenty of wood detailing and a fireplace.
