INDIAN ROCKS BEACH.   Casual but undeniably classy, Salt Rock takes its name from the area's native stone, used in Native American fire pits and employed by the restaurant to adorn its chic interior. The place is a magnet for upscale dining, and its wood-grill preparation harks back to early days. The rustic flavor it imparts distinguishes lobster tail, cedar-planked salmon, and crab legs. It also works magic on steaks, lamb, chicken, and pork tenderloin. Pastas and daily specials can be had as well, and affordable, early-bird dinners are available nightly from 4pm to 5pm. The view is unbelievable!!!! You are on a bayou with all glass looking on to the bayou. I saw dolphins swim by and you can also eat outdoors on their porch. What an experience. The food was good but some portions quite small.

This place is FAB!!! My husband and I came down to FL for a little get away and we ate here our last night in town. It was the perfect evening. The food, the views, the wait staff...EVERYTHING was wonderful. We can't wait to come back and eat here again.
