CLEARWATER.   Besides garnering fame by virtue of its part-owners, Buccaneers Mike Alstott and Dave Moore, this popular restaurant offers great harbor views (thanks to expansive windows) and an abundance of just-caught seafood. The bustling place makes the most of a coastal location, serving impeccable sushi, wok-fried snapper, grilled amberjack, and steamed lobster tail. Rack of lamb, marinated pork tenderloin, Volcano Island meatloaf, and grilled chicken provide other possibilities.
