An open kitchen lets diners monitor the progress of their food – if they can tear themselves away from great chips and salsa, that is. Sauces, in particular, are excellent and perfectly complement roasted salmon, tender chicken, and pork. Our hands down favorite restaurant in the bay area. No tequila, but they make incredible margaritas from blue agave wine. These guys rock!
