One of the six wonderful dining experiences on offer at the Old Course Hotel, the Sands is chic with a more contemporary menu. Begin with a champagne cocktail, all served using Billecart-Salmon Champagne, and relax on the dark wood and chocolate leather upholstery. The food is rich in flavours but prepared with a lightness of touch: langoustine salad with cantaloupe and watermelon served with curry-lime vinaigrette, or twice-baked goats' cheese soufflé, risotto of wild mushroom, lemon & thyme.   (© 10Best)
