9. Three Peaks Grill

Three Peaks is the proud home to Steamboat's only raw bar, and all their seafood is flown in fresh, including east and west coast oysters, clams and crab. Slurp some oysters at the bar, or opt for the Alaskan king crab and avocado cocktail. Steaks are awesome, but other good choices include pork chops with ancho-cherry sauce, and cashew-crusted halibut.
