6. Stowe Mountain Gondola

Enjoy stunning views of the surrounding countryside when you take Stowe Mountain Resort & Spa's gondola ride. It traverses the height of the resort's imposing Mt. Mansfield. Gondola riders can choose to descend the way they came or to stop at the top and hike via trails to the bottom. A snack bar also stands atop the mountain, allowing for lunch with a view.
