5. Mumbles

Mumbles is a fun Victorian seaside resort, situated at the end of Swansea Bay and known as the 'Gateway to the Gower Region'. It has some of the best restaurants in Wales, particularly fish and seafood restaurants, and its ice cream shops are legendary. Mumbles is a great place to pick up typical Welsh gifts including ceramics, lovespoons or arts and cafts. As well as the beaches at Bracelet Bay and Limeslade Bay, Mumbles also boasts Oystermouth Castle. A great family day out.   (© 10Best)
