The clientele is usually late 20s and mid 30s in age, but you'll find everyone from business suits on Friday to backpackers on Saturday. Music ranges from R&B to funk and easy listening. I cannot fault this establishment. Food: restaurant quality, pub prices. Entertainment: music is always good, but between Slip bar, courtyard, Sand Bar and Chinese Laundry, you cannot get bored no matter how long your stay. Clientele: provided you're not a complete w*nker, you will make a few friends in a night. Staff: the Slip's greatest asset - very friendly, very cool, always having a good time.

Music too loud downstairs in lounge early Friday evening. Makes it difficult to chat.
